Office space is situated on floors 1-6. The layout of the cubicles and communications was designed with the aim of optimising the use of office space and maximising the flexibility of arrangement. Available cubicles range from 170 m2 do 2625 m2 of office space, which can be used as either open space or arranged in rooms. The smallest self-contained floor area amounts to 2089 m2, while the largest is the top floor – around 2625 m2.

Ground floors are designed as service space used by office workers – canteen, kiosk, shops, restaurant, banks, etc. Olivia Gate will be the first of the buildings surrounding the inner atrium, with a water feature in the centre. The carefully designed greenery, benches and other places to relax will make the users feel truly unique in their workplace.
