The smallest self-contained floor area amounts to 2089 m2, while the largest is the top floor – around 2625 m2.
Ground floors are designed as service space used by office workers – canteen, kiosk, shops, restaurant, banks, etc. Olivia Gate will be the first of the buildings surrounding the inner atrium, with a water feature in the centre.
