TPS is a real estate developer, adviser and manager. We deal exclusively with commercial properties in Northern Poland.

TPS Open Space is our major project which is a portfolio of properties, most of which were built or revitalised and subsequently commercialised and managed by TPS. Being a professional property manager we are also in charge of non-portfolio properties. We manage 20 properties with a total area of over 150 000 m2 of offices, warehouses and land.

Our flagship facilities include two large modern, class A office projects - in Gdańsk and in Bydgoszcz:

• Olivia Business Centre, situated in the centre of Gdańsk Metropolitan Area, is the largest office project in Northern Poland - over 120 000 m² of office space
